Timery Privacy Policy

1Introduction

1.1 This Privacy Policy applies to services provided by GUIDY POWER TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("we," "us," or "Timery") through the Timery mobile application (the "App"). We understand how important your personal information is and take reasonable steps to protect it in accordance with applicable law.

1.2 Please read this Policy carefully before using the App, especially provisions highlighted in bold or underlined text. By using or continuing to use the App, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

1.3 This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use cookies and similar technologies, how we store and protect information, when we share it, your rights, children's privacy, updates, and how to contact us.

2Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide the App's features. If you choose not to provide information, the related feature may not work, but other basic features will remain available.

2.1 Account and identity information

• Third-party accounts: If you sign up or sign in with Apple, Google, or WeChat, we may receive the identifiers, name, email address, and profile photo that you authorize the provider to share. We do not receive your third-party password.
• Profile information: You may change your nickname and profile photo in the App. Profile photos are stored on our servers.

2.2 Event content

When you create or edit an event, you may provide its title and description, date and time, location, photos or videos, reminder settings, and tags. Text is limited to 2,000 Chinese characters or the equivalent; each media file is limited to 50 MB, with up to 30 mixed media items per event.

2.3 AI interaction data

• Text, images (up to 10), and speech-to-text input from AI conversations;
• Summaries and other content generated from your events and media, including corrections you provide;
• Text sent for AI suggestions after you stop typing for three seconds; and
• Front-end and back-end code generated when you describe a custom tool in natural language.

2.4 Scheduled tasks and notifications

We collect scheduled-task settings, such as task names, execution times, and recurrence rules, so we can generate reports and send notifications.

2.5 Smart-device data

When you connect a smart device, we collect its identifier and model, uploaded audio, scene summaries, generated events, binding time, and device status. Device data is linked to your account and cleared when you unbind the device.

2.6 Calendar synchronization

With your explicit authorization, we may read selected events from iCloud, Outlook, Google Calendar, and similar services and sync them into the App. Imported events are marked with their source and are not synced back.

2.7 Device and log information

• Device model, operating-system version, device identifiers, and mobile-network information;
• Access times, activity records, crash logs, and performance data; and
• Purchase records and subscription status received from the App Store or Google Play.

3How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve event management, AI assistance, conversations, and smart-device features;
• Train and improve AI models using de-identified information where appropriate;
• Send reports and notifications related to scheduled tasks and connected devices;
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and protect account security;
• Process subscriptions, payments, and support requests;
• Analyze device and usage data to improve the App; and
• Comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests.

We will seek additional consent before using personal information for a materially different purpose.

4Storage and Security

4.1 Storage: Information collected and generated in mainland China is stored on servers in mainland China. If a cross-border transfer is required, we will follow applicable requirements and provide information about the purpose, recipient, and safeguards where required.

4.2 Retention: We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law. We then delete or anonymize it.

4.3 Security: We use safeguards including TLS/SSL encryption, access controls, firewalls, backups, recovery procedures, audits, and risk assessments. No system is completely secure. We will provide notice of a security incident as required by law.

4.4 Storage limits: Free includes 50 GB, Pro includes 1,000 GB, and Max includes unlimited storage. New uploads or synchronization may stop when a limit is reached.

5Sharing, Transfers, and Disclosure

5.1 Service providers: We may engage providers for cloud storage, AI processing, analytics, and related services. They may process information only under our instructions and applicable law.

5.2 Sharing: We do not proactively share personal information except with your authorization, our affiliates when needed to provide the App, legal or regulatory authorities, or parties protecting users, the public, or our legal rights.

5.3 Transfers: In a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or reorganization, information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will require the recipient to honor this Policy or seek consent where required.

5.4 Public disclosure: If you publish a custom tool to the Tool Marketplace, its name, description, and generated icon may be visible to other users. Do not include personal information in shared content.

5.5 Legal exceptions: We may disclose information when required for national or public security, public health, major public interests, criminal proceedings, protection of life or property, information you made public, or information lawfully available to the public.

6Your Rights

• Access and correction: Review or edit your profile and event information in the App, or contact us for help.
• Deletion: Delete events, conversations, tags, and scheduled tasks. Unbinding a device clears related data. Deletion may be irreversible.
• Withdraw permissions: Revoke location, photo, notification, and other permissions in device settings.
• Account closure: Request account deletion in the App. We will delete or anonymize information as required by law.
• Data copy: Contact us to request a copy of your personal information.

We generally respond within 15 business days and may verify your identity before acting on a request.

7Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If we learn that we collected it without a guardian's consent, we will delete it as soon as reasonably practicable. Please contact us if you believe this has occurred.

8Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide prominent notice through in-App notices, push notifications, email, or other appropriate means. Material changes may concern our services, ownership, recipients of personal information, or your rights.

Your continued use of the App after an update means that you accept the updated Policy.
