Timery Terms of Use

1Acceptance of These Terms

1.1 These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you" or "User") and GUIDY POWER TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("Company," "we," or "us") for downloading, installing, registering for, and using the Timery mobile application and related services.

1.2 Timery includes event management, calendar views, an AI assistant, conversations, scheduled tasks, smart-device management, custom tools, search, calendar synchronization, and subscription services. By using any feature, you agree to these Terms.

1.3 If you do not agree, stop registering for or using Timery. Checking “I have read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy” confirms your acceptance.

1.4 We may update these Terms as our services or applicable law changes. We will post updates in the App and may notify you by push notification or pop-up. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2Accounts

2.1 Sign-in methods: You may sign in with Apple, Google, or WeChat. You must use an account that belongs to you and provide accurate information.

2.2 Linking and unlinking: You may link multiple sign-in methods to one account, but must keep at least one valid method linked. Manage linked accounts in the App's account settings.

2.3 Account security: You are responsible for protecting your credentials, biometric authentication, and third-party authorization tokens. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2.4 Profile information: We may sync your profile photo and nickname from an authorized provider. Keep your profile content lawful and free from infringing or harmful material. Contact support to change your email address.

2.5 Stay signed in: The App may keep you signed in for up to 30 days. Use this feature carefully on shared devices.

2.6 Account deletion: You may request deletion at any time. Deletion is irreversible; data that must be retained by law will be deleted after the required period.

3Services

3.1 Event management

You may create, edit, and delete events containing required text, dates and times, locations, up to 30 mixed media items (50 MB per file), reminders, and tags. Events can be viewed by day, week, or month, filtered by tag, moved by drag and drop, and quickly deleted.

3.2 AI assistant

Timery may asynchronously generate summaries covering time, people, objects, places, actions, and content. AI output is for reference only and is not professional advice. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing it. Suggestions may be generated after you stop typing for three seconds.

3.3 AI conversations

You may use voice or text conversations. Based on your instructions, AI may create, edit, or delete events. You may upload up to 10 images and 10,000 Chinese characters or the equivalent for combined analysis. Conversation history can be deleted.

3.4 Scheduled tasks

You may create recurring reports, including weekly, monthly, and work reports, with custom names, times, and recurrence rules. Reports may support follow-up questions and image sharing.

3.5 Smart devices

Each smart device may be linked to one user account. Unlinking formats and clears the device's stored data. Device notifications may include generated scene summaries and events; some events require your confirmation.

3.6 Custom tools

You may describe a need in natural language and have AI generate a custom tool. Free, Pro, and Max accounts may publish up to 5, 50, and unlimited tools, respectively. Shared tools may be reviewed and displayed in the Tool Marketplace.

3.7 Search and calendar sync

Search covers event content and may include an AI answer and reference events. With authorization, iCloud, Outlook, and Google Calendar events may be synced into the App. Imported events are marked and are not synced back to external apps.

3.8 Smart reminders

You may define reminder content and receive AI-suggested timing. Suggestions are algorithmic and for reference only.

4Acceptable Use

You must comply with applicable laws and must not use Timery to upload or distribute unlawful, obscene, sexually explicit, gambling-related, violent, threatening, fraudulent, defamatory, privacy-infringing, or reputation-harming content; infringe intellectual property or trade secrets; impersonate a person or organization; disrupt the App or attempt to access its source code or algorithms; distribute malware; scrape data without permission; or resell, rent, lend, or otherwise commercially exploit the App without authorization.

You are responsible for uploaded photos, videos, text, and generated tools. Do not prompt AI to create unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove content or restrict access for violations.

5Intellectual Property

5.1 The App, including its code, design, icons, logo, “Timery” name, documentation, AI models, and algorithms, belongs to the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, or sell any part of it.

5.2 You retain rights in content you create or upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process, analyze, back up, and otherwise use that content as needed to provide the App. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where retention is required by law.

5.3 We grant you a personal right to use AI-generated summaries, responses, and tool code. We do not guarantee originality, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.

5.4 By sharing a custom tool in the Tool Marketplace, you allow other users to preview and use it. You are responsible for ensuring that it does not infringe third-party rights.

6Privacy and Data

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. Location data is used only to help fill event locations when you grant permission. Uploaded media may be stored in the cloud for event display and AI processing. AI features may transmit text and media to processing servers using encrypted connections. Smart-device data is cleared after unlinking and is not shared across accounts.

7Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Plans: Timery offers Free, Pro, and Max plans. Free includes 2,000 AI credits per month and 50 GB storage; Pro includes 100,000 credits and 1,000 GB storage; Max includes unlimited AI use and storage. Free, Pro, and Max tool limits are 5, 50, and unlimited, respectively. Prices are shown in the App and may change prospectively.

7.2 Auto-renewal: Pro and Max are auto-renewing subscriptions paid through your App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews within 24 hours before the current period ends unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before renewal.

7.3 Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or platform policy. Apple subscribers may request a refund from Apple.

7.4 Changes: You may upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 AI disclaimer: AI-generated content is not legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Review and verify it before relying on it. You accept the risks of decisions based on AI output.

8.2 Availability: The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted, timely, or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, network failures, and events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

8.3 Data and hardware: We use reasonable safeguards but are not responsible for loss caused by your actions, third-party attacks, or events beyond our control. Smart hardware is made by third parties; warranty and after-sales support come from the manufacturer or seller.

8.4 Liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost-profit, goodwill, or data-loss damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the claim.

9Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may add, change, or discontinue features and may require an update for security or service quality. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, use the App unlawfully, are subject to a legal or regulatory requirement, or remain inactive for more than 12 months without an active subscription. We will use reasonable means to notify you and, where practicable, provide a reasonable period to export your data. Intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and dispute provisions survive termination.

10Minors

Timery is primarily intended for users aged 18 or older. Users under 18 should review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian and use the App only with the guardian's consent. Guardians should supervise minors' use of AI features and help them avoid over-reliance on AI output.

11Notices

We may send notices through in-App messages, push notifications, text messages, email, or page announcements. Notices are considered delivered when sent or posted. You must keep your registration information accurate and contact us using the details in these Terms.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan for these purposes. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith consultation. If that fails, either party may bring the dispute before a court with jurisdiction at the Company's registered office. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
